Job Title HR Recruiter IT Recruitment Experience 2-3 Years Location Prahladnagar Ahmedabad Work Mode Work From Office WFO About the Role We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in IT and technical hiring The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding top tech talent ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process end-to-end Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and technical roles Developers QA Designers Analysts DevOps etc Source candidates through various channels such as job portals LinkedIn referrals and social platforms Screen resumes evaluate technical understanding and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and job descriptions Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media Maintain hiring quality and reduce turnaround time TAT for open positions Required Skills Experience 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment within the software or IT services industry Strong understanding of technical hiring Frontend Backend QA Mobile DevOps UI UX Cloud etc Familiarity with sourcing tools Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask prioritize and manage deadlines effectively Robust understanding of recruitment processes selection methods and interview evaluation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
