Position Overview We are a growing renovation and architectural company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator cum Backend Executive The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate site-related data including material purchases attendance and wage records for painters labourers masons carpenters and other site workers The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle backend operations effectively Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all site-related data in company systems Record material purchases for each project maintaining bills and vendor details Track attendance and wage details of all site workers painters labourers masons carpenters etc Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for management Coordinate with site supervisors and vendors to ensure accuracy in data collection Manage backend documentation and office administrative tasks Organize and maintain physical and digital records Support the accounts team with timely and accurate data Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or backend operations preferred Knowledge of renovation architecture project workflows is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and basic computer operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and record management skills Benefits PF Provident Fund ESIC Employee State Insurance Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Current Delhi Delhi Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required
