Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can manage end-to-end e-tendering activities on Government portals such as GeM IREPS CPPP etc The candidate should be capable of analyzing tender documents preparing bids and ensuring timely submission with full compliance Key Responsibilities Work on Government e-tendering portals like GeM IREPS CPPP etc Analyze RFPs RFQs tender documents to understand scope specifications and eligibility criteria Prepare and compile technical and commercial bids Handle vendor registration renewal and firm status updates on tender portals Manage bid submissions EMD payments TDC compliance and related documentation Maintain an organized and updated repository of all tender-related documents Stay updated with amendments notifications and changes on GeM IREPS and other portals Prepare MIS reports related to tenders and submissions Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any stream 2-3 years of experience handling e-tenders on Government portals Strong knowledge of tender portal operations and bid submission processes Good written communication and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Familiarity with Digital Signature Certificates DSC and e-procurement usage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
