Roles and Responsibilities of Asst Manager Poultry Farm - The role of the Asst Manager poultry farm is a multi-tasking function involves the ownership of the entire process in taking care of the live stock such as - i Manage the manpower at shed allotted section ii Handling the insemination in consultation with Farm managers in charges iii Timely arrange to feed grade of birds eggs collection of eggs iv Supervise Ensure proper the cleaning of eggs v Weighing the birds and maintaining the weight charts of the birds vi Arrange Carryout vaccination sanitation medication time to time for the birds as per instruction vii Maintain various reports daily weekly and monthly reports viii Sundry errand jobs management ix Co-ordinating with handyman like plumber carpenter fabricator electrician etc x Overall health and hygiene of the farm xi Fly Pest control xii Control of Mortality and disposal of the dead birds xiii Disposal of birds chicks eggs etc for sale or transfer xiv Removal of Manure for disposal storage of the same xv Coordination with other departments xvi Reporting of unusual mortalities production problems to farm in charges xvii Maintain required registers records Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
