B Tech in mechanical is mandatory Knowledge of welder fabrication Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance QA and Quality Control QC Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure oxygen production meets stringent purity and safety standards Regulatory Compliance Ensure strict adherence to national and international regulations including PESO Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation and ISO standards for the gas industry Process Monitoring Monitor all stages of the oxygen production process from raw air intake to final cylinder filling for quality Product Testing Oversee testing procedures to verify product purity ensuring it meets required parameters for industrial and medical use Record Keeping Maintain accurate records including Certificates of Analysis COA to document product quality and compliance for both internal and external audits Team Leadership Training Train and manage plant staff on quality protocols and best practices fostering a culture of quality and safety Maintenance Oversight Coordinate preventive maintenance for all plant equipment e g compressors pumps manifolds to prevent breakdowns and quality deviations Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency reduce waste and enhance overall product quality Audits and Investigations Conduct internal audits and lead investigations into quality issues or product defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Job Type Full time Pay 30 749 14 - 70 715 96 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
