Job Title Lead - Talent Acquisition Location Hyderabad Work Mode Work from Office 5 days Experience 8-10 Years Qualification MBA HR or related specialization preferred About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Lead - Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment while driving hiring strategies for diverse business needs The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling teams and stakeholders along with hands-on expertise in volume hiring KPO hiring and campus hiring Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle independently - sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and stakeholders ensuring alignment of hiring with business goals Drive hiring across IT KPO and volume-based roles Plan and execute campus hiring programs to strengthen talent pipelines Build and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships Provide insights and recruitment metrics to leadership for effective decision-making Implement best practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience Key Requirements MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 8-10 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition Robust exposure to stakeholder management and team handling past experience Must be willing and capable to work as an independent contributor in the current role Hands-on experience in campus hiring KPO hiring and large-scale volume hiring Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Comfortable working from office 5 days a week Good to Have Experience in employer branding initiatives Knowledge of recruitment automation tools and ATS Vendor management experience
