Job Summary We are looking for a responsible compassionate and physically capable stray dog catcher handler to support our animal welfare operations The candidate will be involved in the humane capture handling first aid and transport of stray dogs for clinic visits and sterilization neutering spaying Key Responsibilities Safely and humanely capture stray dogs from streets markets residential or commercial areas using appropriate equipment Transport captured dogs to designated veterinary clinics or animal shelters for vaccination treatment or sterilization procedures Assist veterinary teams during vaccinations health checks minor treatments and post-operative care Return dogs to their original territories post-neutering in coordination with the team Maintain equipment vehicles and cages used for dog handling and transportation Requirements Prior experience in animal handling or working in animal welfare preferred Experience using dog-catching equipment Must not have a fear of dogs or other animals Physically fit and able to handle large or aggressive dogs safely Compassionate attitude towards animals and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to work early mornings evenings weekends and in diverse field conditions Basic first aid for animals is a PLUS Location Powai Trombay Mumbai Pune Department Animal Welfare Veterinary Services Reports To Veterinary Supervisor Operation Managers Employment Type Full-time Part-time Compensation Based on experience performance How to Apply - Interested candidates should send their resume to hr indiecare ai bharat gopal indiecare ai or please reach out to us at (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Part-time Work Location In person
