Keyloop bridges the gap between dealers manufacturers technology suppliers and car buyers We empower car dealers and manufacturers to fully embrace digital transformation How By creating innovative technology that makes selling cars better for our customers and buying and owning cars better for theirs We use cutting-edge technology to link our clients systems departments and sites We provide an open technology platform that s shaping the industry for the future We use data to help clients become more efficient increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience Want to be part of it About the Role We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in AWS Kubernetes EKS and Infrastructure-as-Code Terraform to design secure and scale our cloud environments You ll play a pivotal role in building resilient high-performing platforms while enabling automation observability cost optimisation and security best practices This role requires hands-on proficiency with GitHub GitHub Actions Argo CD Grafana and New Relic to support modern CI CD and monitoring workflows You will collaborate with architects engineers and customer-facing teams while mentoring others and driving innovation Experience or certification in Cloud Architecture and exposure to AI ML services is highly desirable Key Responsibilities Design evolve secure and maintain scalable resilient and cost-effective AWS cloud infrastructure and environments Implement and manage Kubernetes EKS clusters to support modern containerised workloads Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform Develop and manage CI CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions Implement and manage GitOps workflows with Argo CD Ensure observability and system health through monitoring and logging tools including Grafana and New Relic Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA objectives Provide clear accurate incident updates and stakeholder communications Lead or actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence Mentor and coach team members promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth Maintain detailed configuration infrastructure-as-code and technical documentation Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies including AI ML and proactively apply them to enhance platform capabilities Achieve and maintain AWS certifications supporting business credibility across key technology stacks Contribute to strategic initiatives in security performance reliability automation and cost optimisation Partner with Solutions Architects to deliver solution designs aligned with business strategies Drive automation of repetitive tasks and workflows to maximise team efficiency Support Agile delivery by providing input into planning estimation and backlog refinement Collaborate closely with Software Engineers and QA teams to ensure smooth secure delivery pipelines Work independently managing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes with accountability Participate in the On-Call rota providing operational support as required Take ownership of information security and data protection responsibilities supporting compliance with regulatory and legal requirements Essential Skills Experience Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services EC2 S3 RDS IAM VPC Lambda etc Proven expertise in Kubernetes and Amazon EKS mandatory Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code mandatory Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI CD automation mandatory Experience with Argo CD for GitOps workflows mandatory Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Grafana and New Relic mandatory Strong scripting skills Python Bash or similar Deep understanding of cloud security principles and practices Excellent communication troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Highly Desirable AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or Associate Exposure to AI ML workloads and services e g SageMaker Bedrock custom ML deployments Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures Knowledge of modern data engineering patterns and tooling within AWS Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments Why join us We re on a journey to become market leaders in our space -
