A Placement Officer at IPCS Global is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the placement process for students and alumni This may include working with employers to identify job and internship opportunities promoting these opportunities to students and alumni and helping students and alumni prepare for the job search process Developing and maintaining relationships with employers and alumni to identify job and internship opportunities for students and alumni Promoting job and internship opportunities to students and alumni through various channels such as email social media and job boards o Advising students and alumni on resume and cover letter writing job search strategies and interview preparation Arranging and coordinating on-campus interviews and job fairs Providing support and guidance to students and alumni as they apply for and secure employment or internships Maintaining accurate records of placements and job search activities Collaborating with academic departments and career services to ensure that students and alumni are well-prepared for the job search process Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed about current trends and job market conditions Should be responsible for Tie-ups Preparation of MOU with some of the new or existing clients for the placements of the student To have close liaison with industry corporate for placement of students Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Experience total work 1 year Preferred placements 1 year Required Work Location In person
