Job Title Field Sales Executive Location Meshana Gujarat Experience 1-3 years in field sales sanitary ware building materials preferred but not mandatory Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our wide range of CP and sanitary products The ideal candidate should be self-motivated target-driven and ready to meet clients on the field to grow our dealer and distributor network Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential dealers and Distributors in assigned territory Promote products through direct field visits and presentations Develop strong relationships with Distributors and Dealers also maintain ongoing communication The company s dealer scheme should reach the dealers at the accurate time Meet or exceed monthly sales targets It is important to clearly explain the unique selling points USPs of the products to dealers and distributors Provide accurate and timely market feedback and competitor analysis Maintain the Monthly sales data Collect payments from Dealers and Distributors as per company policy Qualifications Requirements Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline Robust communication and negotiation skills Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about sanitary ware and bath ware items Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area Key Skills Proficient in field sales with hands-on experience in driving business growth Skilled in customer relationship management ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention Strong ability in lead generation identifying and converting potential opportunities Experienced in product promotion effectively showcasing features and benefits to target audiences Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently Possess a result-oriented attitude consistently striving to achieve and exceed targets Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Experience sanitary ware building materials 1 year Required Work Location In person
