Job Summary As a Recruiter - Animal Welfare you will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring candidates for a variety of roles including animal care rescue operations veterinary support outreach advocacy and administrative support You will work closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and ensure we bring on talent who are both skilled and deeply aligned with our mission Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments field staff vets animal handlers awareness teams etc Source candidates using job boards social media referrals and outreach to mission-driven communities Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess experience and cultural fit Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback Support onboarding of current hires to ensure a smooth transition Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles including volunteers and interns Promote diversity inclusion and equity in recruitment practices Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events Maintain accurate recruitment records and data for reporting Advocate for the organization s mission through employer branding and candidate engagement Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 000 000 00 - 1 200 000 00 per year Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your ECTC What is your Notice Period What is your Location Work Location In person
