Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team field staff including technicians electricians and vendors for meter installation and consumer indexing Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth execution of smart meter projects Maintain and verify MI Meter Installation and CI Consumer Indexing data ensuring accuracy and quality compliance Conduct daily and monthly reporting to HO and clients Ensure proper records management for inward and outward materials vendor allocation and subcontractor coordination Handle consumer grievance redressal resolve Prepare project reports and documentation as required by management Monitor project progress track variance and advise corrective actions to ensure timely completion Identify operational gaps propose solutions and implement large-scale corrective measures Qualifications Graduate in Engineering ITI or Diploma Electrical or equivalent technical background 2-3 years of proven experience in smart meter projects Hands-on experience with project supervision customer handling and vendor management Employment Type Full-time Ideal For Candidates with prior experience in Smart Meter installations Consumer Indexing CI and Meter Installation MI who can manage field teams and ensure operational excellence Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
