Overview Spirit to win Do you enjoy testing the limits of possibility At McGraw Hill our global technology team drive progress and help build the future of learning We are looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst remotely based in India who will be understanding the existing system requirements test designing execution for our Sales and Marketing systems in Salesforce Your impact on the team As our recent Salesforce QA Analyst you will perform functional and automation testing for our sales and marketing systems in Salesforce The individual will work closely with Leads test engineers developers project managers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC executing test iterations tracking reporting results troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution What you will be doing You will be Interact with QA manager and QA Dev teams to develop a strong understanding of the test plan and design test scripts to perform functional automation testing Should have a strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle methodology Perform Both functional Automation testing of Salesforce CRM system Performing end to end STLC and bug life cycle Document track and escalate issues as appropriate using JIRA Confluence and similar tools We re looking for someone with 4-8 years overall experience in Quality Assurance Testing with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce QA Proven experience in developing and executing test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce implementations 2-3 years experience with test automation tools and frameworks preferably Selenium with Cucumber and good programming skills in Java and OOPS concepts Good to have some certification s in Salesforce like admin app builder Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Why work for us At McGraw Hill you will be empowered to make a real impact on a global scale Every day your individual efforts contribute to the lives of millions 49421
