Job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Collections Executive to manage customer outstanding reviews follow-ups for payments and administrative tasks related to sales and finance operations The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Key Responsibilities Customer Outstanding Review Regularly review and monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and coordinate follow-ups Collections Follow-Up Engage with clients to ensure timely payment of dues including coordination for delayed payments and resolution of disputes Cheque Dishonour Follow-Up Track and manage dishonoured cheques and coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues Buyback Material Stock Keeping Maintain accurate records of buyback stock materials and ensure inventory is tracked properly Cash Voucher Processing Punch and validate cash vouchers in the system with proper supporting documents and approvals Sales Order Clearance Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure proper clearance and documentation of sales orders Employee-wise Outstanding Ageing Prepare and maintain outstanding ageing reports by employee for review and action Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or a related field 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable finance or sales operations Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally SAP or similar Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Preferred Skills Experience in handling buyback stock and inventory systems Familiarity with ERP systems and voucher processing workflows Good understanding of customer account management and reconciliation Job Type Full-time Job Type Full-time Pay 15 367 13 - 18 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Experience Accounting 2 years Preferred MS Excel 2 years Required Work Location In person
