Skill required Financial Planning Analysis - Financial Planning and Analysis FP A Designation Finance Process Ops Assoc Manager Qualifications Any Graduation Years of Experience 10 to 14 years About Accenture Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital cloud and security Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries we offer Strategy and Consulting Technology and Operations services and Accenture Song all powered by the world s largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers Our 699 000 people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day serving clients in more than 120 countries We embrace the power of change to create value and shared success for our clients people shareholders partners and communities Visit us at www accenture com What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting Financial planning and analysis FP A refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan forecast and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health These processes include planning budgeting forecasting scenario modeling and performance reporting What are we looking for oWritten and verbal communication o Act as the subject matter expert as we look to install an FP A system and leverage this system to provide actionable business intelligence to management o Develop and prepare annual quarterly monthly and ad-hoc financial and KPI reporting for executives investors and regulators o Partner with key departmental stakeholders to provide financial and analytical support including but not limited to Operations Product Technology Risk etc o Help to maintain and support dynamic business plan and financial forecasts o Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury functions to improve the outcomes and contribution of the whole Finance organization o Create budget and forecast and perform GAAP reporting o Create investor and executive strategic reporting and highlight factors such as deviations etc o Experience in FP A and or Strategic Finance o Bachelor s degree in finance or related discipline masters degree preferred from investment banking background o Strong work ethic with an ability to focus on complex financial problems surgically solid detail-orientation and commitment to accuracy o Experience with data management and or financial information systems o Previous experience in neo-banking retail and or commercial banking strongly preferred o Ability to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive activities o Be willing to understand and learn new products and concepts Client is constantly innovating as it aims to serve its customers needs o Knowledge of Netsuite Tableau Anaplan would be an advantage o Excel expert Strong PowerPoint experience with Google Sheets Docs and Slides also helpful o Solid understanding of financial theory forecasting and financial accounting statistics would be a plus o Team player - flexible workflow and schedule to help meet greater team goals Roles and Responsibilities oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions leveraging and where needed adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally interacts with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Any Graduation
