Project Role DevOps Engineer Project Role Description Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration delivery and deployment CI CD Cloud technologies Container Orchestration and Security Build and test end-to-end CI CD pipelines ensuring that systems are safe against security threats Must have skills Salesforce DevOps Good to have skills Salesforce Administration DevOps Architecture Docker Kubernetes Architecture and Design Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summery We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Salesforce delivery team This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Azure DevOps Git and CI CD automation who can drive deployment excellence and operational efficiency across Salesforce implementations Roles Responsibilities o Design implement and manage CI CD pipelines for Salesforce projects using tools like Github Jenkins Azure DevOps etc o Manage source control using Git and enforce branching strategies and code quality standards o Collaborate with development QA and release teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments o Automate environment provisioning metadata deployments and sandbox refreshes o Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues ensuring high availability and performance o Maintain documentation for DevOps processes tools and configurations o Support release planning and version control across multiple Salesforce environments Professional Technical Skills o 4-6 years of experience in DevOps roles with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce DevOps o Proficiency in Azure DevOps Git o Good to have - Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset Copado or SFDX CLI o Robust understanding of Salesforce metadata packaging and environment management o Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like JIRA or Rally o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps skills - This position is out of Pune Bengaluru Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
