Job Title Store Manager Location Dhayari PuneDepartment Retail SalesReporting to COO DirectorCompany M B Ashtekar Jewellers Pvt Ltd Job Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail jewellery showroom at Dhayari This includes driving sales managing staff ensuring excellent customer service maintaining store standards controlling inventory and executing company policies and plans effectively The role requires leadership jewellery retail experience and robust administrative abilities Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Customer Experience Achieve daily monthly and annual sales targets Monitor and improve the customer service experience Handle high-value customers and ensure customer retention Manage CRM follow-ups and customer feedback 2 Staff Management Supervise coach and motivate the counter sales team Prepare monthly duty rosters and manage attendance Conduct regular training and performance reviews Resolve internal team conflicts and maintain team morale 3 Store Operations Oversee store opening and closing procedures Ensure all SOPs security billing customer handling etc are followed Maintain cleanliness visual merchandising and safety standards Ensure all counters are adequately staffed and stocked 4 Inventory Cash Handling Coordinate with HO for inventory planning and stock transfers Monitor daily stock movement shrinkage and physical verification Ensure accurate billing and handle cash card reconciliation daily Check gold purity and product quality standards before invoicing 5 Reporting Coordination Maintain daily sales reports staff reports customer visits and follow-ups Share daily and weekly reports with the Head Office Coordinate with HO for marketing materials festive schemes etc Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in retail jewellery with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of gold diamond and hallmarking standards Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication grooming and interpersonal skills Proficiency in POS billing software and MS Excel Ability to handle pressure during festive seasons Work Hours Compensation Working Days 6 days a week 1 weekly off rotational Timings 10 30 AM to 8 30 PM with 1-hour break Salary Range As per experience and store category including performance incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Language Hindi Required English Required Marathi Required Work Location In person
