Role - Jr Engineer Solar Technician O M Total No of Positions 1 Locations - o Trivandrum Reports to - Assistant Manager - Solar O M About Solar Innovation - Solarinnovation in is a unique platform to help every needy one in the field of solar energy be it solar enthusiasts solar customers solar manufacturers and solar installers to build their business and work with us At Solar innovation we believe solar technology will bring one of the most considerable revolutions in our daily life and will shift in the way we live travel or consume energy We empower our partners customers and solar enthusiasts with the relevant tool and support from one of the industries best IT platform and well equipped technical team Our aim is to raise awareness among masses to work towards renewable and clean solar energy in most deprived regions of our country Job Purpose - Inspection and Maintenance Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues Execute routine preventive maintenance procedures on solar equipment Module Cleaning Ensuring that Solar moduleis clean and without any bird drop or shadow Ensuring module water chemical cleaning cycles as per requirement Troubleshooting and Repairs Identify and troubleshoot faults in solar panels inverters wiring and related components Emergency Response Respond promptly to system failures or emergencies to minimize downtime Documentation Provide documentation and daily reports of site conditions and system performance Collaboration Work with engineers and project managers to optimize system design and performance Health and Safety Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities Promote and maintain a culture of safety within the team and on-site Qualifications B Tech Diploma in Engineering ITI and relevant certification in solar technology electrical systems or a related field Previous experience in solar O M for 1-2 year is desirable Knowledge of solar PV systems inverters and associated electrical components Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills COMPETENCIES Good interpersonal skills and in particular the ability to work as part of a team and to establish effective working relationships Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi Ability to work in a fast paced workplace Ability to manage a busy workload effectively and high degree of flexibility in adapting to frequently shifting priorities and deadlines Candidate should be ready to relocate to any location with in India for work related purposes Benefits - Competitive salary - Paid time off and holidays - Health insurance - Professional development opportunities for Growth - Provident Fund - Industry Exposure Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience total 2 years Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
