Role Overview We are looking for a agile Sales Executive who can manage a network of property brokers convert leads from Meta Google Ads and generate new business leads for Voorent Key Responsibilities Broker Network Management Identify and onboard property brokers real estate agents and PG hostel owners Visit key areas regularly to maintain strong relationships and generate leads Digital Lead Conversion Handle incoming leads from Meta Facebook Instagram and Google Ads Follow up via calls WhatsApp and convert high-intent leads into paying customers Local Business Development Create partnerships with co-living spaces housing societies and PG owners Represent Voorent in housing clusters and local broker meetups to spread awareness Lead Generation Actively generate new leads through referrals field visits posters and broker networks Share market insights and feedback with the marketing and operations team Requirements 1-3 years of experience in sales real estate field marketing or similar roles Strong Hindi and basic English communication skills Field-active with good networking and convincing abilities Self-driven and target-focused Prior experience in rental services property sales or channel sales is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Compensation Package Commission pay Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
