Collect blood urine and other specimens from patients as per protocol Perform routine and specialized lab tests Hematology Biochemistry Microbiology etc Operate and maintain lab equipment with accuracy and care Follow infection control and biosafety guidelines at all times Ensure proper labeling storage and disposal of samples Maintain patient records lab registers and digital reports accurately Ensure calibration and quality control of diagnostic equipment Assist in preparing daily reports and sharing timely test results Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory area Coordinate with doctors phlebotomists and other departments as needed Qualifications Skills Education DMLT BMLT MLT or equivalent from a recognized institute Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab or hospital preferred Valid Paramedical Council Medical Lab Technician Registration if applicable Strong knowledge of pathology lab processes and equipment Attention to detail and accuracy in test handling and documentation Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in shifts if required Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
