Job Title Control Panel Technician - HVAC Industry Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Control Panel Technician to join our HVAC team The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling wiring testing and troubleshooting electrical control panels used in HVAC systems including AHUs VFDs chillers and BMS-integrated units This role is critical to ensuring high-quality control panels that meet design specifications safety standards and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical control panels as per wiring diagrams and schematics Read and interpret electrical mechanical and HVAC schematics and blueprints Install and integrate control panels with HVAC equipment e g Dehumidifiers AHUs chillers VAVs VFDs Perform panel testing including continuity insulation resistance and functional checks Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in control panels during fabrication and at site Support field commissioning activities coordinating with BMS teams and HVAC engineers Maintain records of panel fabrication wiring modifications and test results Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety protocols e g IEC IS standards Work collaboratively with design installation and commissioning teams Qualifications ITI Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 2-5 years of experience in electrical control panel assembly HVAC industry preferred Strong knowledge of control circuits VFDs relays contactors and PLC wiring Familiarity with BMS systems and HVAC control logic is a plus Ability to work with tools like multimeters crimping tools and wire strippers Understanding of electrical safety earthing and cable management Job Type Full-Time Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
