We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified individual to join our faculty team for the MBA Finance program The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials a passion for teaching and experience in the finance industry or academia As an MBA Finance Faculty member you will play a key role in shaping the academic experience of our students and preparing them for leadership roles in the financial sector Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lectures on various MBA Finance courses such as Financial Management Investment Analysis Corporate Finance Banking Risk Management and Financial Markets Develop and update course materials assignments and assessments in line with current trends in the finance industry Mentor and guide students in research projects dissertations and case studies Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement Engage in research activities publishing papers in reputed journals and collaborating with faculty on academic initiatives Organize and participate in seminars workshops guest lectures and other academic events Collaborate with industry professionals and other departments to enhance the learning experience Qualifications Minimum Qualification MBA Finance is Mandatory Experience Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience in MBA Finance or relevant industry experience in finance-related roles Preferred Qualification Ph D in Finance UGC NET Qualified Strong knowledge of finance theories practices and tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and engage students Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
