Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies including massing layouts to maximize the full potential of Floor Space Index FSI and saleable areas provided by the Business Development BD team Independently and under limited direction contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary team design selection coordination and architectural detailing Prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts utilizing 2D drafting Microsoft Office Photoshop Sketch-Up and other programs as required Prepare preliminary design sketches of small to moderate-sized site plans Should be well versed with the Govt rules UDCPR etc Coordinate with liaison consultants to ensure designs comply with municipal regulations Assist in the development of Concept design and Presentation drawings Coordination with all consultants for project progress and prepare coordinated working Drawings as a Design development process May take on a leadership role within the team on a particular project issue or topic Coordination with 3D visualiser for more detail and accurate renders as per Architectural design intend May attend field site inspections which frequently involves a physical walk-through of the site Attend and actively participate in project team meetings Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor or M Arch degree in Architecture is required Minimum 4-5 years of related professional experience required Strong leadership communication and coordination skills Robust creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication teamwork presentation graphics organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects Proficiency with AutoCAD Sketchup Photoshop and Microsoft Office required Job Type Full-time Pay 65 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your notice period What is your expected CTC Work Location In person
