Job Title Software Test Engineer Location Patia Bhubaneswar Experience Required Minimum 1 Year Employment Type Full-Time Company Overview We are a fast-growing IT product and services company based in Bhubaneswar having client base spread across 27 cities within India and 3 countries across world specializing in delivering scalable solutions across domains such as EdTech AI proctored Enterprise ERP and Mobility We are currently expanding our QA team and looking for a passionate Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications Key Responsibilities Understand requirements create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test cases Perform manual testing on web and mobile platforms Android iOS Identify record document and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools e g JIRA Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle Perform regression smoke and sanity testing before product releases Test API endpoints using tools like Postman Create and maintain test documentation and reports Must-Have Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in manual testing Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes Experience with bug tracking tools e g JIRA Bugzilla Valuable understanding of SDLC and STLC Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation Good to Have Experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver Knowledge of performance testing or mobile testing frameworks ISTQB Certification is a plus Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Exposure to product development and enterprise-level projects Friendly and collaborative work culture Opportunities to grow within the QA and product teams Job Type Full-time Pay 150 000 00 - 250 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
