As a Telemarketing Representative you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls introduce our products services and create positive interactions with potential customers Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products services and assess their needs Customer Engagement Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing their inquiries and building rapport Product Knowledge Develop a basic understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate key features and benefits Lead Qualification Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria Database Management Maintain accurate and updated records of customer information and interactions in the company s database Follow-up Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information as needed Team Collaboration Collaborate with team members to share insights strategies and contribute to a positive working workplace Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills Positive attitude and a friendly engaging phone demeanor Basic computer skills Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in reaching goals Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus but not required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Expected Start Date 17 09 2025
