Software Sales Executive Field Sales Executive Company Booktara Location Bangalore Department Sales Reports to Sales Manager Job Overview Booktara is seeking a energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new businesses driving subscription sales and promoting Booktara s presence in the local market This is a target-driven field role best suited for individuals passionate about sales and direct client interaction Key Responsibilities Onboard a minimum of 40 businesses per month to the Booktara platform Daily visit at least 25 store or businesses and onboard at least two 2 new businesses Keep records of leads follow ups and successful onboarding Share daily and weekly updates with sales manager Target Incentive Policy A maximum of 10 one-month 299 subscriptions will count toward the monthly target The remaining 30 subscriptions must be from 3-month 6-month or 1-year plans No incentive will be provided on one-month 299 plan sales Incentive of 30 per sale is applicable only for plans above one month Eligibility Criteria 0-2 years of field sales or business development experience freshers with strong communication skills may apply Strong communication persuasion and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and result-oriented with a willingness to work on the field Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms is an advantage Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate Compensation Base Salary 30 000 per month Incentive 30 per sale excluding one-month plan sales Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Perks Performance-based incentives Uniform and ID card provided upon joining Opportunity to move into a permanent full-time role after consistent target achievement for 3 months Learning experience in a fast-growing digital product company Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Compensation Package Performance bonus Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
