Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with design drawings technical specifications and safety protocols Site Assessment Conduct feasibility studies site surveys and layout planning for solar installations Installation Commissioning Supervise the installation of solar modules inverters and mounting structures and support system testing and commissioning Coordination Logistics Coordinate with project managers clients and vendors manage material inventory and quality control on-site Documentation Maintain daily weekly progress reports site survey reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications Education B E B Tech or Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Civil Engineering Experience 2-3 years of experience in solar project installation design or site management Knowledge Strong understanding of solar PV technology electrical components and local state and federal safety regulations Skills Strong problem-solving communication and team management skills Working Conditions This is a field-based full-time role requiring frequent travel to project sites and working in varying outdoor conditions Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
