About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Luxury Sales Associate to manage front desk operations and drive sales for our premium fitness studio This is a target-driven customer-facing role where the candidate will be responsible for handling walk-ins managing the studio experience and selling fitness memberships and packages The ideal candidate should be confident articulate and passionate about sales customer service and premium lifestyle services Key Responsibilities Handle front desk operations and manage day-to-day studio activities Welcome and attend to walk-in clients and existing members in a professional and warm manner Explain fitness programs services and membership plans to prospective clients Drive sales of membership plans and packages and consistently achieve monthly targets Handle inquiries via walk-ins calls WhatsApp and other channels Maintain client records follow-ups and lead management Ensure the studio is well-managed presentable and customer-ready at all times Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Handle basic billing bookings and scheduling of sessions Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and repeat sales Eligibility Criteria Graduation is mandatory any stream Freshers and candidates with relevant experience both can apply Excellent communication skills in English mandatory Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills Presentable confident and sales-oriented personality Comfortable working in a target-based environment Willingness to work in a front desk sales role Preferred Skills Experience in luxury retail fitness hospitality or premium customer service a plus Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel CRM is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your notice period Work Location In person
