About Us SmartChemSynth Pvt Ltd is a growing company focused on developing advanced chemical synthesis automation and laboratory-scale engineering solutions We integrate mechanical design electronics and software to build reliable and innovative systems for research and industrial applications Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator to join our multidisciplinary team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing testing and implementing mechanical components and systems for laboratory automation chemical processing equipment and custom machinery Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems assemblies and components for laboratory and industrial equipment Work closely with electronics and software teams to integrate mechanical designs into automated systems Prepare 3D CAD models engineering drawings and technical documentation Select appropriate materials pumps and fittings for fluid handling and chemical compatibility Perform tolerance analysis stress analysis and design optimization Supervise fabrication prototyping and assembly of equipment Support testing troubleshooting and maintenance of developed systems Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards Collaborate with R D and production teams to improve design efficiency and scalability Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering but its not mandatory Proficiency in CAD software Fusion 360 or equivalent Experience with prototyping machining and fabrication Robust understanding of fluid mechanics thermodynamics and material selection Knowledge of pumps valves pressure systems and laboratory mechanical equipment design is desirable Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects mechanical electronics automation Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills Preferred Experience Experience in laboratory or chemical equipment design Exposure to automation projects syringe pumps reactors etc Hands-on knowledge of pressure flow control systems What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge laboratory automation and chemical synthesis projects Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Nacharam Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
