Job Title - Junior Engineer Site Engineer Experience - 1 to 2 Years Location - Chennai Job summary Seeking a Junior Engineer Site Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in Civil Engineering to work on diverse projects in the Real Estate Data Center Residential and Industrial sectors Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings and specifications Ensure all work is executed according to the project schedule quality standards and safety norms Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors for smooth site operations Verify measurements quantities and quality of materials used at site Prepare and maintain daily progress reports site logs and work records Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements Identify and resolve technical issues related to execution of work Ensure proper utilization of manpower machinery and materials Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities Maintain proper documentation including drawings approvals and test reports Report progress challenges and resource requirements to the Project Manager Coordinate with QA QC team for inspections and quality checks Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site Experience 1-2 Years Preferred Qualifications Diploma BE in Civil Engineering Specialization in Civil Engineering Relevant coursework in related areas What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth Supportive work culture Performance-based incentives Job Type Full time Pay 100 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Work Location In person
