Job description Responsibilities Production Scheduling Develop and maintain production schedules for sheet metal fabrication ensuring optimal workflow and minimal downtime Material Resource Management Coordinate procurement and inventory of sheet metal materials ensuring timely availability Process Optimization Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in cutting bending welding and finishing processes Quality Control Compliance Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements Team Leadership Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering and manufacturing to streamline operations Reporting Forecasting Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field 4 years of experience in production planning and control within the manufacturing industry Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Expertise in sheet metal fabrication processes Proficiency in production planning software ERP tools and CAD software Excellent communication and leadership abilities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
