Key Responsibilities Sample Handling Testing Collect receive label and prepare patient samples for laboratory testing Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per standard operating procedures SOPs Ensure accuracy reliability and timeliness of test results Quality Control Assurance Run daily internal quality control samples and document results Monitor test performance and identify deviations or errors Participate in external quality assurance EQA proficiency testing programs Maintain QC charts and corrective action records Equipment Instrument Maintenance Calibrate operate and maintain laboratory instruments Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Report equipment malfunction to the supervisor biomedical team Documentation Compliance Maintain proper records of tests QC logs calibration and maintenance Ensure compliance with NABL ISO standards and hospital policies Follow biosafety infection control and waste disposal guidelines Reagent Inventory Management Prepare reagents and solutions as required Monitor stock levels of reagents consumables and kits Ensure proper storage and check expiry dates Coordination Support Communicate abnormal results promptly to concerned clinicians Support pathologists and laboratory supervisors Assist in audits inspections and accreditation activities Safety Hygiene Follow universal precautions and laboratory safety protocols Use PPE correctly and maintain clean working workplace Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Diploma Required Experience Laboratory 4 years Required Work Location In person
