We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Worker to join our growing Immigration consultancy in Mohali The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in processing immigration files for Canada Australia and or other countries This is a full-time office-based role and requires in-depth technical knowledge of immigration programs documentation and compliance standards Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end immigration case processing for Canada Australia and other jurisdictions Assess client profiles and determine program eligibility Prepare and review visa applications supporting documents forms SOPs and submissions Answer Client queries regarding application procedures and status updates by email and telephone communication Manage applications for PR programs Work permits Study visas Visitor visas PNP State Nomination programs Ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with immigration laws and regulations Track application progress and maintain proper case notes and records Coordinate with consultants documentation teams and clients Respond to immigration authority queries ADRs refusals and re-applications Stay updated with policy changes program updates and procedural requirements International Business Consulting Licensing Support Role Assist in overseas business setup advisory including UAE and other foreign jurisdictions Support documentation for Trade Professional licenses Free zone and mainland company setups Shareholder and director documentation Coordinate with overseas partners and authorities for licensing requirements Assist clients with residency visa linkage related to business setup where applicable Maintain understanding of basic regulatory frameworks for foreign jurisdictions Required Skills Experience Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Immigration Case Worker Robust processing experience in Canada mandatory Experience in Australia and or other countries is a strong advantage Excellent English drafting and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously Working knowledge or prior exposure to international business consulting licensing In-depth knowledge of Express Entry PNP programs Study Work visa processing Document checklists and SOP drafting Excellent English communication and drafting skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files Familiarity with IRCC Home Affairs Australia and other immigration portals Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications RCIC ICCRC exposure or working knowledge preferred but not mandatory Experience handling refusals and complex cases Prior experience in a reputed immigration consultancy Stable employment history in immigration processing roles What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and expertise Long-term growth opportunities Professional and ethical work environment Exposure to multi-country immigration cases Stable full-time employment in Mohali Immediately joiners are preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 14 999 00 - 49 999 00 per month Work Location In person
