RendersPoint is a leading 3D visualization studio delivering high-quality architectural renders walkthroughs and immersive visual content for real estate interior design and architecture clients worldwide Our work spans residential commercial and luxury projects helping clients present ideas clearly and close deals faster As we grow we are looking for a Business Development Executive who is comfortable speaking to clients daily handling calls and closing conversations confidently Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition Generate leads through cold calling LinkedIn outreach emails networking and direct client communication Client Communication Calls Regularly call potential clients understand their requirements explain services clearly and follow up to move deals forward Sales Presentations Pitch 3D visualization services confidently and negotiate pricing scope and timelines Market Analysis Track industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities Relationship Management Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaboration Coordinate with the 3D visualization team to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements Skills Qualifications Strong experience in client calling communication and negotiation Proven ability in sales lead generation and deal closing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in speaking to international clients Ability to explain technical 3D visualization concepts in simple terms Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with outbound calling Experience 2-3 years in business development sales or client-facing roles Education Bachelor s in Business Marketing Architecture or a related field preferred Perks Friendly and professional work environment Competitive salary based on experience Strong career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 679 87 - 40 814 61 per month Work Location In person
