Job Summary The HR Executive - Recruitment will be primarily responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across consulting and support roles The role focuses on sourcing screening interviewing and closing positions efficiently while coordinating closely with business stakeholders Limited core HR activities will support recruitment and onboarding Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across departments Source candidates via Naukri Indeed LinkedIn referrals and social media Conduct resume screening and telephonic interviews for skill cultural fit Coordinate interviews follow-ups offer letters and onboarding formalities Maintain recruitment trackers MIS and hiring reports Handle basic HR operations including employee records joining exits attendance leave tracking and support in implementing HR policies related to recruitment onboarding Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related discipline MBA PGDM in Human Resources is preferred Skills Competencies Strong expertise in recruitment and core HR operations Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment High level of confidentiality and skilled integrity Key Behavioral Traits Proactive and solution-oriented approach Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Type Full-time Application Question s What is your Notice Period Are you an Immediate Joiner Work Location In person
