At Franklin Templeton we re driving our industry forward by developing recent and creative ways to help our clients achieve their investment goals Our dynamic and diversified firm spans asset management wealth management and fintech offering many ways to help investors make progress toward their goals Our talented teams working around the globe bring expertise that s both broad and unique From our welcoming inclusive and flexible culture to our global and diverse business we offer opportunities not only to help you reach your potential but also to contribute to our clients achievements Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world About the Department The Middle Office Client Services team manages loan administration trade support and settlement activities that enable accurate timely investment operations The team includes Specialists Analysts and cross functional partners who collaborate to maintain high operational standards Working here offers exposure to complex financial products leadership opportunities and the ability to influence process improvements in a dynamic environment How You Will Add Value Core Responsibilities You will oversee loan administration including trade processing reconciliation and settlement You will support and motivate your team while managing stakeholder expectations You will manage settlements for loan syndications secondary trades restructures and collateralized loan obligations You will serve as the subject matter expert for syndicated loan processes and SLA adherence You will review confirmations and legal documentation for leveraged loan closings You will participate in training new hires You will support workflow management and recommend process and system enhancements You will oversee daily cash reconciliations You will monitor systems and resolve trade or position issues quickly You will assist in implementing new policies and projects You will work with Specialists and Analysts to manage portfolio credits Team Collaboration You will partner with Trustees Loan Administrators Legal Tax and Compliance on documentation allocations and settlements You will build strong relationships with Traders and Portfolio Managers What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role Experience Education Certifications 7-10 years of accounting or analysis experience in financial services Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Economics or similar field Additional certifications in loan operations are beneficial Knowledge of syndicated loan lifecycle activities and custody reconciliation Experience with leveraged loan and collateralized loan obligation operations Proficiency using Wall Street Office Suite ClearPar and Aladdin Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills Power BI proficiency Ability to develop and use macros Soft Skills Strong communication skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines Work Shift Timings -
