Job Title PL SQL QlikView Power BI Specialist Location Chennai Experience Required 4 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled PL SQL QlikView Power BI Specialist with strong analytical and data visualization expertise to support business intelligence and reporting needs across insurance business functions The role involves designing developing optimizing and maintaining data models dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making Key ResponsibilitiesPL SQL Database Management Design develop and optimize Oracle PL SQL procedures functions packages triggers and views Write and tune complex SQL queries for performance optimization Perform data extraction transformation and validation from multiple source systems Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting layers QlikView Development Develop and maintain QlikView dashboards reports and data models Create efficient QlikView load scripts for data loading and transformation Optimize QlikView applications for performance and scalability Work closely with business users to translate requirements into analytical dashboards Power BI Development Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Create and optimize DAX calculations measures and KPIs Implement data modeling relationships and Row-Level Security RLS Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources including Oracle and SQL databases Business Intelligence Analytics Understand insurance business metrics such as policy premium claims underwriting and renewals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards Support Documentation Provide production support perform root cause analysis and resolve issues Maintain technical documentation for dashboards reports and data models Support UAT activities and implement enhancements based on business feedback Required SkillsTechnical Skills Strong expertise in Oracle PL SQL SQL OR Hands-on experience in QlikView development and scripting OR Strong working knowledge of Power BI DAX and Power Query Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts Robust performance tuning and optimization skills Domain Soft Skills Exposure to Insurance BFSI domain is a strong advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field Prior experience working in Insurance or BFSI domain Interested candidates can share their resume at sushma m balbhas com Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
