We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Male Junior Associate - Insurance Reconciliation to support the Finance Department within a healthcare environment This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in healthcare finance insurance reconciliation and accounts receivable operations The role involves reconciling insurance payments identifying discrepancies and supporting accurate financial reporting while ensuring compliance with internal processes and payer guidelines Key Responsibilities Perform reconciliation of insurance payments against claims submitted Identify analyze and report payment discrepancies such as underpayments overpayments denials and partial payments Track claims status and follow up on pending or unpaid insurance claims Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliation and variance reports Support accounts receivable activities related to insurance collections Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy in financial records Coordinate with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues in a timely manner Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce B Com M Com is mandatory Basic to strong knowledge of insurance reconciliation and accounting principles is required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas pivot tables data analysis Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Positive communication and coordination abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare workplace Experience Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of relevant experience in insurance reconciliation accounts receivable or healthcare finance Salary from 15000 Job Types Full-time Fresher Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
