Manage OEM onboarding vendor development and approval processes Support technical reviews PPAP APQP and validation activities Ensure readiness for OEM audits and quality system requirements Work with R D and QA teams on product changes and improvements Track engineering changes cost reductions and localization initiatives Support SOP launches and volume ramp-ups with OEM customers Qualification Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Automobile Production Electrical or related Proven experience working directly with Automotive OEMs mandatory Experience in business development key account management or OEM sales Robust understanding of OEM processes quality systems and vendor approvals Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 480 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
