Location Base Kitchen-Andheri Chakala Department Stores Operations Reporting To Store In-Charge Kitchen Manager Job Purpose The Store Helper is responsible for supporting daily store and inventory operations in the base kitchen ensuring proper receipt storage issuance and hygiene of raw materials and kitchen supplies as per company standards Key Responsibilities1 Store Operations Assist in receiving raw materials groceries vegetables and kitchen supplies from vendors Check quantity and basic quality of items received as per invoice GRN Ensure proper stacking and storage of items following FIFO FEFO norms Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area at all times 2 Inventory Handling Support daily issue of materials to kitchen as per requisition Assist in maintaining stock registers and basic documentation Help in periodic stock counts and physical inventory verification Report shortages damages or expired items immediately to the Store In-Charge 3 Hygiene Safety Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation standards FSSAI guidelines Ensure pest-free clean and organized storage areas Handle materials safely to avoid spillage wastage or contamination 4 Coordination Support Coordinate with kitchen team for timely material availability Assist seniors during audits inspections and stock checks Perform any other store-related duties assigned by management Skills Requirements Basic understanding of store operations preferred Ability to read and write basic English Hindi Physically fit to handle loading unloading and stacking of materials Honest disciplined and team-oriented Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and festivals very common in kitchens Experience Qualification Education Minimum 8th 10th pass preferred Experience Fresher or 0-2 years experience in store kitchen operations Key Competencies Attention to detail Time management Hygiene consciousness Teamwork Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
