Key Responsibilities Tender Identification Management Regularly search and track government tenders on GEM Portal and other e-procurement platforms Analyze tender notices eligibility criteria and requirements to shortlist suitable opportunities Maintain a tender calendar with deadlines submission dates and follow-ups Bid Preparation Submission Prepare compile and upload tender documents including technical and financial proposals Draft cover letters annexures compliance checklists and other required formats Coordinate with finance legal and technical teams for necessary inputs Ensure bids are compliant with tender terms and conditions Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with GEM Portal e-tendering Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bidding process Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint PDF handling Qualification Certification or prior experience in e-procurement GEM portal is an added advantage Shift time - 10 30am - 7 30pm week off - Sunday Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
