Responsibilities 1 Develop detailed and accurate bridge design and construction drawings using CAD software following project specifications engineering standards and codes 2 Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide technical support during the design and construction phases of bridge projects 3 Create 3D models and visualizations of future of our bridge projects Requirements 1 Proven experience as a CAD Technician in the civil engineering field preferably with a focus on bridge design and construction 2 Proficiency in using CAD software AutoCAD REVIT MicroStation etc and an understanding of 3D modeling techniques 3 Strong technical and mathematical skills with the ability to accurately interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specifications 4 Familiarity with relevant codes guidelines and standards related to bridge design and construction e g AASHTO ACI 5 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve design issues and discrepancies 6 Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical information clearly 7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines 8 A degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field is preferred but relevant
