Job Title Academic Counselor Industry Education Training Institute Location Calicut Experience 1-3 years preferred freshers with strong communication skills may also apply We are looking for a knowledgeable and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide students and parents about courses career options and institute programs The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance and support Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries phone calls and online leads related to admissions Explain course details curriculum fees career opportunities and admission processes to students and parents Provide career guidance and help students choose the right program based on their interest and background Follow up with prospective students and maintain solid conversion rates Assist with student registration documentation and admission procedures Coordinate with faculty administration and management for smooth academic operations Maintain updated records of inquiries leads follow-ups and admissions Participate in seminars workshops and promotional activities if required Build and maintain a positive relationship with students throughout their course journey Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing ability and student-handling capability Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM Email Good understanding of academic programs and career pathways training will be provided Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach Experience in counselling admissions or customer service preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
