Position - PLC Programmer Location - Coimbatore Sanganoor Experience Req - Min 2 Years in PLC programming Key Roles and Responsibilities - Design and develop PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi Schneider Electric etc Create and modify HMI Human-Machine Interface applications for enhanced user interaction Integrate PLCs with other devices like sensors actuators and SCADA systems Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to ensure efficiency and reliability Conduct debugging testing and commissioning of automation systems on-site or remotely Perform regular maintenance updates and troubleshooting of existing control systems Prepare detailed documentation for PLC code wiring diagrams system architecture and user manuals Maintain a record of program revisions and ensure version control Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise Train and mentor junior programmers and technicians in PLC programming and troubleshooting Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Automation or a related field Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation Expertise in programming platforms like Siemens STEP 7 TIA Portal Allen-Bradley RS Logix Studio 5000 or equivalent Proficient in ladder logic function block diagrams and structured text programming Knowledge of SCADA HMI systems and industrial communication protocols e g Modbus Ethernet IP Profibus Familiarity with electrical schematics panel design and instrumentation Certifications in industrial automation or PLC programming e g Siemens S7 Certification Rockwell Automation Certification Experience with robotics vision systems or Industry 4 0 technologies Pay as per market standards Not a constraint Immediate joiners or notice upto 15-30 days prefered Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have minimum 2 years of PLC Programming Experience Have you worked in platforms likeSiemens Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi Schneider Electric etc Do you have exposure in PLC SCADA Integrations Work Location In person
