We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect male candidate preferred with 2 years of professional experience to join our agile team You will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of architectural projects across various sectors from concept through construction This is an excellent opportunity for a growing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination client interaction and team collaboration Roles Responsibilities Lead or assist in conceptualizing and translating design ideas into creative and buildable architectural solutions Prepare and oversee high-quality 2D drawings 3D models renderings and presentation materials to communicate design intent clearly Develop comprehensive architectural drawings construction documentation and specifications aligned with building codes and regulatory standards Coordinate and manage submission packages for statutory approvals and authority clearances Collaborate closely with structural MEP interiors and quantity surveying teams to ensure integrated cohesive designs Represent the studio in client and consultant meetings contributing to clear communication and effective project execution Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress ensure design compliance and document construction phases Lead or support preparation of detailed site reports and progress documentation Research and apply innovative materials construction methods and sustainable strategies aligned with project and client goals Contribute to design reviews internal critiques and studio brainstorming with fresh thoughtful perspectives Engage in continuous learning and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Uphold high standards of professionalism quality and accountability in all deliverables Take initiative in managing project timelines and deliverables with a proactive solution-oriented mindset Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 2 years of relevant architectural experience in a professional setting Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Rhino SketchUp and Enscape Lumion are a plus Strong understanding of design principles building systems and construction processes Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Working towards architectural licensure is preferred but not required Candidates must be available to join immediately Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
