Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment such as fire alarms hydrants sprinklers extinguishers smoke detectors and emergency lighting systems Supervise the scheduled maintenance repair and servicing of fire-fighting systems under AMC Maintain detailed inspection reports service logs and compliance documents Identify faults raise service requests and ensure timely rectification by the technical team Ensure all fire-fighting systems comply with local fire safety rules regulations and industry standards Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or replacements when required Conduct fire drills safety training and evacuation drills for client sites as needed Coordinate with clients vendors and internal service teams to ensure smooth AMC operations Assist in emergency response situations and support fire incidents if required Ensure safety protocols SOPs and maintenance guidelines are strictly followed Report hazards or non-compliance issues to management and suggest corrective actions Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
