Job Title-Sr Guest Service Associate Job Location- Malviya Nagar New Delhi Job Summary The Senior Guest Service Associate is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences through productive courteous and personalized service This role supports daily restaurant operations assists in supervising service staff and maintains high standards of hospitality cleanliness and professionalism to enhance overall guest satisfaction Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests warmly ensuring prompt and professional service Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries or complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items specials and promotions Ensure service areas and tables are clean organized and properly set up at all times Support team members during busy operations to ensure smooth workflow Train and guide junior service staff when required Follow hygiene safety and sanitation standards as per company and local regulations Accurately handle billing payments and POS transactions Promote upselling and suggestive selling to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue Requirements Diploma or degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or related field preferred 2-4 years of restaurant or F B service experience with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role Excellent communication interpersonal and guest service skills Strong product knowledge and passion for hospitality Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Proficient in POS systems and basic cash handling Well-groomed professional appearance and positive attitude Job Type Full-time Pay 19 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Application Question s Knowledge about asian cuisine Work Location In person
