Position Detail The Business Enhancer is responsible for driving growth improving operational efficiency and expanding market presence for the jewellery manufacturing division This role focuses on analyzing business performance identifying new opportunities enhancing customer relationships and implementing strategies that strengthen the company s competitive position Key Responsibilities1 Business Development Growth Identify new domestic and international market opportunities for jewellery products Develop partnerships with wholesalers retailers designers and export clients Support the launch of new product lines by providing market insights and demand analysis Assist in preparing business proposals presentations and pricing strategies 2 Process Improvement Analyze current manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement Coordinate with production design and quality teams to optimize processes and reduce costs Suggest technology upgrades and automation opportunities to increase efficiency 3 Sales Client Management Maintain strong relationships with key customers and follow up on sales leads Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and suggest strategies to improve conversion Understand customer needs and communicate them to the production and design teams 4 Market Research Competitive Analysis Track industry trends competitors pricing and market demands Provide insights that help in product development branding and positioning Prepare monthly reports with key findings and recommendations for management 5 Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with design production procurement and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies Participate in meetings to align goals across departments 6 Performance Monitoring Reporting Set KPIs for business activities and monitor progress regularly Prepare performance dashboards and present insights to management Support management in strategic decision-making Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Jewellery Design or related field 2-5 years of experience in business development sales or operations preferably in jewellery or luxury goods industry Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel CRM tools and market research methods Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks Key Competencies Strategic thinking Market awareness Customer-centric approach Problem-solving attitude Solid presentation skills Relationship building Adaptability and creativity Work Environment Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing units retail partners and trade events May require travel to domestic or international exhibitions and client locations Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
