We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Officer to oversee and manage production operations in our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production processes strict adherence to quality standards accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet planned targets Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices GMP and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Maintain and update all required GMP documentation including Logbooks BMR Batch Manufacturing Record BPR Batch Packaging Record and other production records Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate with Quality Assurance QA Quality Control QC and Supply Chain teams to maintain production quality and efficiency Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of operations Ensure proper handling storage and documentation of raw materials and finished goods Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Train and supervise production staff as needed ensuring proper adherence to SOPs and documentation practices Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or manufacturing Strong knowledge of GMP SOPs documentation practices Logbook BMR BPR and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
