Key Responsibilities Production Planning Execution Plan and schedule daily production for printing lamination cutting and finishing Ensure effective utilization of machines materials and manpower Monitor order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch Quality Process Control Address print defects lamination issues or material problems immediately Team Workflow Management Supervise machine operators helpers and production staff Assign tasks and ensure discipline safety and productivity on the shop floor Provide training and guidance to improve skill levels Machine Material Management Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and breakdowns Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage Ensure availability of inks films paper adhesives and packaging materials Coordination Reporting Work closely with Sales Purchase and Dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines Maintain daily production reports output data and machine performance logs Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
